I have a date with Jillian.

I can't do my pantry makeover to clean eating until payday. Unfortunately, I already bought groceries before I decided on this. So, I am just waiting. And waiting. I am not a very patient person. I decided that while I am waiting on a diet change, I might as well start a workout routine. So, today I have to drag out all my workout clothes from their various hiding places (because I can't workout if I don't know where my workout clothes are, right?) and wash them. Then i have to actually put them away, where they belong. I am terrible about folding clothes. I really just hate it. Least favorite chore ever after washing dirty dishes. Then my new workout routine starts first thing tomorrow. I am going to walk the track around our housing development in the mornings with the baby. That is something like 2 1/2 miles. It is a start. Then do The 30 Day Shred in the afternoons.

I am scared of this DVD. Terrified actually. I tried it once and about 4 minutes into the workout I thought I was going to die. Turns out I was actually pregnant and just didn't know it, but that doesn't really make me feel any better. What would my obituary read if I this doesn't go well, Death By Shred??? So, cross your fingers people.

As for clean eating, I am working on that, even if I can't start yet. I am going to get a recipe box and write out all of the yummy looking recipes I see. My plan is to separate them by theme, such as Italian dinner, Mexican dinners, lunch, snacks, etc. That way when I go to make my grocery list I can just pull out the cards and see exactly what ingredients I need. Sometimes having a visual that I can touch is better than just looking at it on the internet.

Well now I have a tired baby who is refusing to nap. I will update about The Shred tomorrow!
